Start with the device you will actually watch on. Its operating system determines which player to install. Keep your subscription message nearby so you can enter the account details after installation.
Android TV and TV boxes
Check the model and operating system in your device settings. TiviMate is designed for Android TV; its television interface is not optimized for phones or tablets. On a TV or box running Android TV, follow the TiviMate guide to add your subscription. For an Android phone, check the mobile options on the official Smarters Pro site.
A television with its own app store
Find the full model number of your television before choosing an app. Players available in the store can differ between models. Check the official IBO Player Pro instructions for that device and compare the complete app name. Send us the model on WhatsApp if you want help choosing before paying for a player license.
iPhone, iPad and Apple TV
Use the official Smarters Pro download page to find the version for your Apple device. The version intended for a phone is not automatically the right choice for a television. Once the correct player is installed, add the subscription details from your order; installing the app alone does not supply a TV subscription.
Fire TV and Fire TV Stick
Check the device model in Settings, then use the player developer’s official Fire TV instructions. Follow the download method specified there rather than a code from an unrelated installation video. If a step looks different, send us the name of the player and a screenshot with account details covered.
Decide how many screens will play together
Choose your plan by simultaneous viewing, not the number of apps you have installed. With one screen, stop playback on the first device before starting on another. Your order can cover one to five screens playing at the same time.
Using another player?
Open your device app store and choose a player that accepts your subscription details. Use the instructions for your device and player. Send order or installation questions to us on WhatsApp.
