Open your iptvnordicgo account in Smarters
Choose the Smarters version for your device, then enter the subscription details. Keep the app download and your TV account separate: each comes from a different provider.
Find the correct installer
Start at smarterspro.com and select your platform from its download options. Check the device type and publisher before installing. A similar name or icon is not enough to identify the right app. If your television’s store does not match the instructions, send us its model before purchasing anything.
Enter the information from your order
- Launch the official player version for your device.
- Select the sign-in method corresponding to your subscription details.
- Fill in the server address and the other requested fields from the order message.
- Check the entries for extra spaces, then sign in and let the list load.
- Try one item before setting up favorites or moving to another device.
Changing devices
The number of simultaneous screens is set by your subscription. A one-screen order allows one playback at a time, so stop the television before starting on your phone. An optional paid feature in Smarters does not change that limit.
Make a support message useful
Tell us the device model, player name and the step where you stopped. Copy the error message or send a screenshot with private account details hidden. Do not post your password or full playlist address in a public comment.
